Yes, we offer a 'Build Your Own' feature where you can select specific gourmet snacks, wines, and treats to create a personalized gift.

How do you ensure the food stays fresh during transit?

All perishable items are packed in temperature-controlled insulation with chilled gel packs to ensure they arrive in peak condition.

Do you offer same-day delivery for last-minute gifts?

We offer same-day delivery in selected metropolitan areas for orders placed before 10:00 AM. For all other regions, we provide express next-day shipping.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to write a custom message which we will print on a premium gift card and include in the hamper.

What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

If there is a safe place, the courier will leave the package. If not, a calling card will be left, and the hamper will be taken to the nearest collection point to ensure the food remains secure.

Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
