At Hampers, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet selections and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are typically accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your hamper.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged goods or the incorrect items received to help us process your claim quickly.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After we verify the issue, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement hamper or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
